We only offer our services 1:1 or in groups of 2 to ensure high-quality instruction and safety. A separate reservation must be made for each participant through our scheduling system.

• All participants must be at least 12 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• A waiver must be signed before your scheduled reservation time.

• Life vests must be worn at all times while paddling.

• Disruptive behavior or failure to follow instructions may result in removal without refund.

• Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time to ensure adequate time for parking.

• We recommend that all participants wear water-friendly clothing suitable for getting wet, including swimwear, water shoes, and sun protection for daytime reservations (e.g., rash guards, hats, sunscreen).

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your reservation will receive a full refund. No refunds are issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation. In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll work with you to reschedule or offer a full refund. Please contact us if you need assistance with your booking.
